We have the tools

This is where you'll be able to learn how to Save The Earth with your Mac. Understand your Carbon Footprint, learn how to minimize and offset it, and get to know choices that can make a difference. Get involved, and celebrate successes... foster cooperative efforts.

Another year, another Macworld Expo/San Francisco. In my case, my 24th... I've been to every one since they started in 1985. Everybody's excited about the latest toys, the keynote, Apple's stock price, seeing old friends -- lovely, wonderful, great.

But I see hardly anybody taking a moment to step back and look at the bigger picture - what's going on in the world. Global Climate Change is real, but are we considering the impacts of our individual and collective Mac usage, in terms of the effect they have on the earth? And what are we doing about them?

My aim is to inspire and educate. Find solutions and ask why they're not being adopted. Show the way for all of us to take responsibility for our impacts.

Mac users are cultural creatives, key influencers, opinion leaders. It's up to us to get engaged to make a difference. Can we make next year one in which we go carbon-neutral? Let's get started now.
